LiteSpring Capital is a family-backed investment and advisory firm. We combine the operating experience of our family’s professional managers, angel capital, and cross-border networks to provide business consulting, angel investment, AI & fintech advisory, and go-to-market support.

We work directly: understand the problem, design the path, and execute together. From strategy and business model to cross-border expansion, we work alongside founders to turn technical advantage into sustainable growth.

Jason Hung

27 years in technology and investment, 9 patents, and over 100 startups mentored. Experience across Taiwan, China, Southeast Asia, and North America, with a focus on AI, Web3, healthtech, and deep tech.

Jason is a tech-driven entrepreneur and cross-domain strategist who turns emerging technologies into scalable business models and real-world applications. He has served as COO and CSO of Nable, co-founder of 52CAT, and mentor at TAcc+ and the Stanford AI & Web3 Research Lab Association.
